Bruins Give Back during Coronavirus Crisis

Padua Bruins have found a way to give back to the community
during the coronavirus crisis.

Alumna Amy Kwiatkowski '93 and her daughters Carly '21, Meara '23 and Anna (future Bruin) have been making fabric face masks for those on the front lines in health care and other essential workers. They reached out to some of their friends and family on facebook  to join their efforts.

Several Padua faculty and staff members put together 150 meals and bagged lunches, that were served at St. Herman's House of Hospitality in Cleveland the week of March 30, 2020.

Biology teacher Mrs. Kathy Craider dropped off 2,000 nitrile
gloves and 12 reusable goggles (that Padua no longer needs for labs) to Parma
Fire Station 3 on March 25, 2020.

Principal David Stec '86 said, "I wish we had more supplies
to donate. I'd give them all away."

Padua was mentioned in a Cleveland.com's article for "stepping up" to help the community.
