Athletic Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony 2024

Padua inducted nine outstanding Bruins into the Athletic Hall of Fame on Thursday, October 10, 2024. The Athletic Award is given to a male or female who either excelled in one or more sports while at Padua or made a major impact on the school’s athletic program or local sports, enhancing Padua’s public image.

Congratulations to the 2024 Athletic Hall of Fame Inductees: Jim Kowall ’68, John Novak ’71, Dean Supan ’78, Sheri Skedel ’89, J.T.Szopo ’94, Aaron Apathy ’04, Stacey (Matwijiw) Coxon ’04, Rich Ciolek and Jack Biebelhausen (posthumous). 

The inductees and their guests enjoyed delicious hors d’oeuvres, cocktails,and dinner catered by Nomad Culinary, owned by alumni Chris Kafcsak ’05. Thank you to our master of ceremonies, retired social studies teacher and former principal, Tim Giulivo, who has a wonderful way with words and a great sense of humor.
