President Dave Stec ’86, Vice President of Advancement Tony Shuman ’91, and Director of Alumni & Constituent Relations Elaine Heinzerling ’86 met with alumni and friends at the Presidential Tour stop in Columbus, Ohio in October 2025.
The tour kicked off by visiting with recent Padua grads at Buffalo Wild Wings on the campuses of Ohio University and The Ohio State University. Heinzerling shared, “The campus stops are a wonderful opportunity to celebrate our young alumni and remind them that they are ‘Always A Bruin.’ ”
The Presidential Tour concluded with a reception at Hofbrauhaus Columbus. Padua alumni ranging from the Class of 1965 to the Class of 2020 were in attendance. Memories were recalled, stories were shared, and all the latest Achieving Excellence capital campaign updates were discussed.
“Throughout the week, it was so nice to connect with our outstanding alumni and have the opportunity to hear about all of the incredible things they are doing,” Stec said.
Upcoming Presidential Tour Stops
The next stop on the Presidential Tour will be the Cincinnati and Dayton area beginning with college visits to Miami University on October 28, 2025 and the University of Cincinnati on October 29, 2025 and then wrapping up with a reception at the Moerlein Lager House on October 30, 2025.
