Padua Athletic Center Construction Continues, Despite Frigid Temperatures

Despite the cold temperatures this month, construction on Padua’s new Athletic Center continues to make great progress! Independence Construction has been hard at work, pushing forward on key projects. The new construction is coming along, with noticeable changes happening each day. From framing to structural work, it’s exciting to see the vision for this space take shape.

The Achieving Excellence Capital Campaign has raised $13.5 million thus far! President Dave Stec ’86 shows us around the construction zone, including heritage hall and the grand concourse. The roof will be installed soon and the interior work will follow. The entire project is expected to be completed this summer! Once finished, the conversion of the current gymnasium will begin and transform into a new Center for Performing Arts.
